Aquafarm 2023 event

In the frame of the implementation of the co-financed campaign by Greece and European Union "Sea Food Fantastic", which is part of the approved "Promotion and improvement of the market for fishery and aquaculture products of the Prefecture of Kavala, in Italy, Spain, Belgium, Germany and Bulgaria", an exclusive B2B live culinary show was held at the Aquafarm 2023 exhibition (HALL 5, STAND NO 15B) at Pordenone Fiere, Viale Treviso, 1, 33170 Pordenone PN, Italy:

The distinguished chef, Luca Bidinost, presented the following recipes created with the showcased products:

Sea bream in cornflake crust with chuck gel.

Sea bass in a salad with white butter sauce.

Mussels with tomato and orange sauce, served on frisell bread.

At the event, nutritionist-biologist Manuela Dal Mas was also present and highlighted the sublime properties of the featured sea bass, sea bream and mussels.

Specially invited professionals from the HoReCa sector, leading importers, distributors and representatives, had the exceptional opportunity to learn more about the superior European quality of Greek sea bass, sea bream and mussels of Kavala, their unique taste and rich nutritional value. Attendees were also able to get to know the organizations participating in the program and discuss potential collaboration opportunities.
